Synovial Fluid: Place Aliquot into lavender top EDTA tube in addition to the clear plastic container.

3 mL body fluid at 2-8oC. Do not freeze.

Ambient (room temperature): 2 hours; Refrigerated: 24 hours

Frozen samples.

Specify source of fluid.
